The aim of this project is to enable the development of  a reference implementation for MTOSI interface, which provides OpenNMS open source platform, and facilitates communication between two executable versions of OpenNMS over MTOSI interface.

Within this scope, following peculiarities can be taken into account:

  • Reducing  the cost of integrating & maintaining communication systems
  • Enabling service providers (via construction of open management interfaces) to mix & match OSSs from various suppliers based on factors such as price, quality & functionality
