Doctor Mahmoud Vaezi, Iranian Chairman of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Azerbaijan, on Thursday, heading an economic delegation to continue the eleventh session of this economic Commission of the two countries forum arrived in Nakhichevan.

According to the report by the Public Relations Department of ICT from  Nakhichevan: Doctor Mahmoud Vaezi, in the meeting with Chairman of the Parliament of Nakhichevan Republic, referring signing of the Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation Instrument in the city of Nakhichevan, announced the will of our country to help create a bridge to the Republic of Azerbaijan and said: We are trying to develop our relations and ties between the two countries, both in the infrastructure and trade and economic relations and to allow maximum utilization of existing capacity to take the related action.

Minister of Communications and Information Technology called the historical, cultural, religious and linguistic ties between the two countries as a tool to increase trade volume and public-private partnerships and said:  Opening the railway line Tabriz - Nakhichevan and signing the document of the summit and holding conferences in transit in the city for an interest and will to develop this cooperation is the hope that the results of these agreements could result in the following years to relations between the two countries and further flourishing

To point, Shahin Mustafayev, the Azeri head of joint commission on economic cooperation between Iran and Azerbaijan and the  minister of economy of this country, accompanied Mahmoud Vaezi in this visit.
